Hearts are accumulated as your subscription continues and will disappear once your subscription ends.
If the number of hearts has changed to one during your subscription, please check if you have purchased multiple subscriptions in advance. It could be that your current subscription has been canceled for some reason and you've moved on to using the next subscription.
If this is the case, this is what happens as the result:
1. The messages you received during the subscription will be hidden, and the number of hearts (or the consecutive days of subscription) will be reset.
2. One of the subscriptions you've purchased in advance will start immediately, and the number of hearts will restart from one.
If you still have issues with the number of hearts even if your subscription is not expired and you haven't got a refund, please let us know via Contact Us in Customer Support.
