You may get messages irregularly depending on the artist's circumstances.
Please wait just a little bit for their messages.

If you've found out that the artist has sent a message but you did not receive it, please check as guided below.

1. Check your subscription period.
- If your subscription to the artist's Weverse DM has expired, you cannot receive a new message from the artist.
- Go to Weverse DM > More (፧) in the upper right corner of the chatroom > Manage subscription to check your subscription period.

2. Close the app and start it again.
- The messages might not be displayed due to temporary issues. Close the app and restart it.

3. Check the OS and app versions.
- For a smooth user experience, check the OS version and the Weverse app version on your device. Make sure they are updated to the latest version.
- Weverse DM is supported by Android 6.0 or higher and iOS 14.0 or higher.
