If the Jelly you purchased is not added to the total amount of charged Jelly, please follow the steps below.


If you purchased by in-app purchase using Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

- Refresh the Jelly Details page and see if the total amount is updated.

- If you still cannot verify the charged amount, please contact Customer Support on Weverse.

If you purchased from the Weverse website (PC or mobile web):

- Log out from Weverse and log in again, or refresh the page of the browser you used to purchase Jelly.

- f the problems persist after trying the above steps, please contact Customer Support on Weverse.
