You can receive an artist's messages in a language of your choice on Weverse DM by selecting a translation language.
However, Weverse DM displays translated texts generated by the auto-translation engine. There may be some mistranslations depending on the content of the original text. If you've discovered a serious mistranslation, please let us know via Contact Us in Weverse Customer Support, and we will check the issue promptly.
1. Setting Up Auto-translation
- Select More (፧) in the upper right corner of the chatroom > Translation settings (same for both the app and the web)
2. View the Original Message Without Translation
- Select More (፧) in the upper right corner of the chatroom > Translation settings > Disable "Auto-translate all messages"
- You can still see the translation even if auto-translation is turned off by pressing and holding down an artist's message and selecting "Translation."
⚠️Please Note
- You can select a translation language by going to the Weverse app > Settings > Language settings > Auto-translation language. The Weverse DM messages will automatically be translated to the selected language.
- Please allow cookie collection by Weverse to keep your auto-translation settings.
- German translation is currently unsupported within Weverse DM. If you have set your translation language to German, the translation shown will be in English.
