- Android: A cancellation/refund request for paid content can be made within 7 days of purchase, and only if the content hasn’t been played.
Submit your request with your W ID and order number from your Google receipt.

- App: person icon in the lower left > gear icon in the upper right > text string after W ID
- PC: person icon in the upper right > text string below the nickname
 
[In case of a package]
 
- Android: A refund request cannot be accepted if any part of the content contained in the package has been played.

Please submit your request to Customer Support, enclosing the W ID found on the top of MY > Settings page, and the order number from your Google receipt.
