Please see below for how to withdraw your Weverse membership and what you need to take note of. There are different types of withdrawal in Weverse: leaving an Artist Weverse community, deleting your Weverse or Weverse Shop account, and membership withdrawal from Weverse Account.
Leaving an Artist Weverse community If you would like to leave an Artist Weverse, then you can do so by clicking "Leave" button after clicking the "More" button at the upper right of the Artist Weverse page you would like to leave. If you leave an Artist Weverse, then you can’t see the posts you uploaded, even from the MY menu, so please proceed carefully.
Deleting your Weverse or Weverse Shop account Go to https://account.weverse.io/login, and log in with the account that you want to withdraw from Weverse or Weverse Shop service. You must read and agree to the notice for withdrawal before you can withdraw from the service.
Membership withdrawal from Weverse Account Closing your account works in a similar way to withdrawal from the service. Go to https://account.weverse.io/login and log in to close your account. Please note that the information and Weverse Shop Cash on the account you closed cannot be transferred, and the account cannot be recovered once closed.
